As shown in the accompanying screenshots, the profession interface has received a major visual overhaul compared to WoW Classic. The layout closely resembles the modern retail design while avoiding the clutter accumulated across a dozen expansions.
First Aid is a very bare-bones skill in WoW Classic, and here it’s been fleshed out to include healing potions, items for removing various debuffs, and a camping kit. The new recipes seem to be just a little more complex than the Vanilla ones, but not overwhelmingly so.
Camping
Camping introduces a cooperative mechanic where adventurers gather near a campfire to share beneficial buffs. Through First Aid, players can assemble a First Aid Kit that applies a stamina buff matching the effect of Power Word: Fortitude. This kit is created by combining Linen Bandages with Refreshing Spring Water.

- First Aid Kit: Placed at a campsite to grant nearby players a substantial stamina boost.
Bandages
The craftable bandages remain largely identical to their classic counterparts, with select variants serving as required materials for the new camping kits.
- Standard Bandages: Classic linen, wool, silk, and mageweave variants used for traditional out-of-combat health recovery.
Curatives
Highlighted below are three examples of the newly introduced curative items integrated into the First Aid profession. The Woolen Tourniquet removes Bleed conditions, the Simple Poultice treats diseases, and the classic Anti-Venom addresses poison ailments.

- Woolen Tourniquet: Crafted to wrap tightly around wounds and instantly cure Bleed effects.

- Simple Poultice: An aromatic medical paste used to treat and clear dangerous diseases.

- Anti-Venom: A reliable remedy produced from venom sacs to cleanse fast-acting poisons.
Healing Potions
Healing potions can now be produced directly through the First Aid profession. It remains to be determined whether Alchemy retains the ability to craft these items or if additional potion types will eventually be supported by First Aid.
- Minor, Lesser, & Standard Healing Potions: Low-end consumable health restores now accessible directly via first aid training.
